A calm, relaxed atmosphere with beautiful interior and great value.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The junior suite was great value for money and the interior of the hotel and its decor is exceptional. Cold drinks as well as cava is offered free as you arrive and the staff are friendly. The swimming pool and relaxation area is beautifully kept and a fabulous place to relax with a lovely view. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The breakfast is great. Overall there is a calm, relaxed atmosphere.

Whilst the food was good quality the menu needs a little more choice as there is a lot of fish and a lack of vegetables apart from red pepper which came with most dishes. The starters are far too big. The same menu is offered for lunch and for dinner so that if you stay for a few days it is becomes difficult. This would put us off booking again.

Stylish and nice

Very stylish and nice place. Very tasteful dinner. Parking lot not closed during the night but under cameras.

Hygiene of bathroom could be a little bit better. But this is the thing, I focus on specially in every accommodation.

Convenient, classy and very comfortable stay in converted convent.

A stunning and tastefully decorated hotel in a good location for exploring the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park, and the historic towns of Ainsa and Boltana. We loved our room, which had a wide and VERY comfortable bed. Pool area was super nice, and so was the breakfast buffet. Dinner at the restaurant was decent, and the Asador Zabrin a few minutes down the road was among the best places we ate during our three weeks in Spain.

Given that the hotel is in the midst of everything, you do need to have a car to make the most of your stay here. The «balcony» in our room was a cruel joke.

Exceptional

Epic location, the hotel is so beautiful, friendly staff and good food. Good size parking, swimming pool is a good size and was well maintained, the gym was very well equipped for a hotel.

The maintenance of the building is not how it should, there was a missing socket in my room and you could see the cables which is dangerous, the rail for the towels was coming off and the church has visible cable connections from speakers with bare cables which could cause fire.

Gorgeous mountain spa, great breakfast

Beautiful location, delicious breakfast, inviting swimming pool, wonderful massage at the spa.

Pool hours should be longer. It was hot and pool closed at 8pm. Would have liked to swim later.

Wonderful

Fantastic building. Could not ask more of the staff. One gentleman member of staff also put football on the TV in the bar, just two minutes before my phone battery died. Result. Greeting and help from the girls at reception was first class. If I am in the area I will definitely stay again.

A bit confused…

It’s an interesting building full of wonderful artworks and well-placed for walking and exploring the area.

The bar doesn’t open until 19:30 We had planned a further 2 nights in one of the villas, but were told the upstairs villas were unavailable - only the ground floor ones were available. We were a bit disappointed, but found a great hotel 6 kms away.

Our vacacation in the Monastario de Boltaña

The building was stunning. Spa was very well run, and the staff were very informative. Given a glass of champagne on arrival. They found out it was my husbands birthday while we were there and a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room on his birthday, with a written birthday wish from all of the staff.

There was nothing at all to complain about.

Wonderful

Super staff and lovely environment in an old monastery. Spa was great and very relaxing. Comfortable bed and very clean.

We booked half board. The evening meal was poor. I had overcooked pasta as a starter and a lukewarm lamb stew with little seasoning. Breakfast was good however.
